Profile
Paul Vaughan is the Services Operations Leader for GE Aerospace’s GE90, GE9X and GP7200 programs. In this role Paul is responsible for global execution of standard work, operating reviews, breakthrough efforts to improve services performance, and coaching and developing leaders across the organization.
Prior to this Paul was the Director of GE Aerospace Middle East Technology Centre, where he led a team of engineers in developing and deploying innovative technologies in predictive maintenance and advanced on-wing technologies for commercial airlines in the region. Paul began his career with Rolls-Royce in the UK, working in Design and Product Support Engineering, before joining GE Aviation in 2005. At GE he has held a breadth of roles across services, customer support and engineering, with 15 years spent in the Middle East region.
Paul has a BEng in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Limerick, Ireland and an MBA from the Alliance Manchester Business School in the UK.
