Shaune du Plessis has 24 years aviation experience with the last 10 years in Senior management positions with Engineering and Maintenance. Shaune has worked hands on in maintenance across multiple aircraft types within LM and BM environments and for the last 10 years in his leadership roles has had emphasis on positive and authentic leadership to create “winning teams”. Shaune has spent most of his career working with Air New Zealand who is known for their innovative and solution-based problem-solving methods. For the last 2 years Shaune has been with Texel Air, a small but growing Cargo Airline in the beautiful Kingdom of Bahrain. Texel Air and its parent company Chisholm Enterprises are advocates for innovation, growth and sustainability within the GCC aviation market.
