Michael has been working with digital transformation for more than 10 years in various industries - from pharma, fintech, automotive and now Aviation. For the last six years he has been leading digital transformation applying digital tech to achieve strategic differentiation on customer engagement and delivering in an agile manner. He has been with Satair for almost two years heading up the Digital & IT projects and products department which includes the entire ecommerce platform (constituted by Market - Satair OEM parts and Airbus prop. Parts - and Marketplace where they bring buyers and sellers of surplus and used parts together), the AI/ML platform enabling Satair to work smarter both together with their customers and also better with colleagues, their customer service platform (to help and support customers) and their customer relationship management platform (sales support system).
