A senior business leader with extensive operational leadership and change management experience, specialising in the commercial narrow body heavy maintenance environment. During his tenure at Ryanair, Andy has established base maintenance MROs across Europe having held Nominated Postholder roles in both Part 145 and Part M environments.
Now delivering over 1,000,000 labour hours annually across the Ryanair network of airframe and workshop MROs, his most recent achievement is bringing online a 5 bay base maintenance facility in Seville, Spain. Andy is responsible for delivery of all scheduled base maintenance for Ryanair’s growing fleet of Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 for more than 20 years, his skillset in change management and laser-sharp focus on cost and delivery are a critical component of Ryanair’s success in the low cost carrier marketplace.
