Frederic Dupont is the Vice President of Technical Sales & Customer Service at Etihad Engineering.
He is responsible for ensuring that all commercial strategies and targets are met across the various services stream of Etihad Engineering, while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Before joining Etihad Engineering, Frederic was leading the commercial efforts of Mubadala Aerospace MRO Network as Senior Vice President Global Sales, leveraging the integrated product and service offerings of Abu Dhabi Aircraft Technologies and SR Technics.
Previously, he spent 15 years at Pratt & Whitney Large Commercial Engines in Connecticut where he held various positions of increasing responsibilities in the fields of Programmes, Sales and Customer Support. In his last role at Pratt & Whitney, Frederic was the President and General Manager of Pratt & Whitney Engine Leasing LLC, a division of United Technologies Finance. He also spent 5 years as the Head of the Pratt & Whitney Global Engine Services Sales Group driving double digit growth across a portfolio of seven Engine Centres worldwide.
Frederic holds an MBA degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University in Boston.
